I highly recommend the exercises by Helen Yetman-Bellows from Helen's Willow Wind Yogic Musicians Clinics(TM). Tension is very common among musicians who spend long hours playing their instruments. Helen's exercises are great for keeping my hands, neck and shoulders relaxed. This is the first video in a series. If you like these exercises be sure to check out Helen's Yoga Unfettered site.
